Based on a highly refined engagement criteria, this Leaderboard leaves no project behind, and defined further by its various categories and sub-categories, all projects make their way into this leaderboard to compete within their sub-categories. The Leaderboard is a unique solution to the struggles of both — Engineers as well as Companies.
Made to bring out the competitive streak in Engineers, it will make every user wish to be at the top and be the bearer of the number of opportunities the Top Rankers receive. Not only will this spur on the innovative mindsets of the users, this Leaderboard will help projects inspire many budding Engineers to make something great of their own.

While filling the description in the Project Feed, you will notice that you are required to mention your category and sub-category, which eventually helps people know more about your project domain, as well as, it helps us decide which Leaderboard your project will be a part of. This way, there will be a Leaderboard for all — 10 broad categories which will be further divided into sub-categories. Also, there will be an overall Leaderboard, and one for the Project Categories not mentioned in GrowVation (others).
The category and sub-category Leaderboards particularly rank you on the basis of your performance in the project and its quality. At the same time, the overall Leaderboard ranks your performance on GrowVation as a whole — it includes the engagement on your profile as well as your projects.
To be ranked on the Leaderboard, you have to upload at least one project on GrowVation and have your contact details verified. This helps us authenticate our users on our platform.
One thing to not be misinterpreted; the Leaderboard does not convey that the First Ranking Project is Better than the Tenth Ranking One.
Both projects are equally good in their own unique ways on GrowVation!
