With a strong Company Profile and the Leaderboard on their side, there’s no stopping Companies from finding the right candidates on GrowVation. The projects uploaded are much more informative than the resumes — so are the students’ portfolios.

So now the question comes — how to send the offer letters to the deserving students?

There are two ways available in GrowVation: directly through the Leaderboard, or through the Favourites Section.

While surfing through the Project Feed, if you come across a project you are interested in, and would like to look for the innovative minds behind it, you can add the project to your ‘Favourites’. Through the company’s Favourite Section, you can check out the Project Members and go through their entire portfolio. On the basis of the same, you can send offer letters to the ones fitting your profile, after which, you can conduct tests, interviews, etc to test their knowledge further.

In the Leaderboard, the Project Leader and contributors will be displayed for you to choose from, along with their availability as well as their skill sets. This will help you send offer letters directly, making it a hassle free process for you.

Once you select a student to send an offer, we’ll disclose the entire information of the student to you.

You will be charged a fee per candidate you hire. Along with that, you have to inform us the name and the profile you hire the candidates for so that we can close the candidate for opportunities.

Finally, we have a feedback system for you. Just in case a fake project makes its way to the top, you can send us a feedback about the students involved along with their project information. This way, we will ensure that the quality of the leaderboard remains intact.
